Visual Inspection
Cameras identify scratches, contamination, and assembly errors on chips, packages, wafers, parts, and vehicle surfaces. Results can be written to the quality record or returned to a system already in use. Existing cameras, lighting, and industrial PCs can be connected.
Inspection
Chip inspection
A camera scans the chips on a wafer. The software looks for a scratch, dirt, or a broken die. After the scan passes, the affected chip is marked and the mark blinks, so the location is clear. The result can go into the quality record or back to a system already in use.
Dirt
Dirt and foreign matter on a die are marked, so rework can find the spot.
A broken die
A die with a missing corner or a chipped edge is circled on its own.
Out of place
A shifted, extra, or missing die is judged by the agreed rule.
Inspection
Vehicle appearance
Cameras inspect paint and trim. After the scan passes a door or a fender, a scratch or an assembly error is marked on that part, and the mark blinks. Cameras, lights, and industrial PCs already on the line can be connected.
Paint scratches
A scratch on a door or a fender is circled on that part of the paint.
Dents and dirt
A knock in the paint, or dirt on it, is marked on that spot.
Wrong trim
A trim piece or a door handle that is wrong or missing is circled on that part.
The right place
The circle stays on the piece the scan has passed, not on the front or a wheel.

From the check list to the returned result
Confirm the checks
Confirm whether the subject is wafers, packages, parts, or paint, and what counts as not acceptable.
Connect existing equipment
Existing cameras, lighting, and industrial PCs connect to this software.
Mark after the scan
After the scan passes, the defect is marked on that location, and the mark blinks.
Return the result
The result is written to the quality record, or returned to the system already in use.
